Personal Support Services
Support Accessing Services
Assistance with daily living activities such as medication administration, grooming, hygiene, dressing, and household management.
Guidance in navigating Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) and the Passport program to access eligible benefits. Assistance with connecting to legal services, including Duty Counsel.
Life Skills Development
Training and guidance to help develop practical skills for independent living, such as budgeting, nutrition and cooking, and using public transit.
Community Participation
Access to entertainment and recreational venues across Canada, giving individuals a chance to explore new activities and connect with other members of our community.
Respite Care
Temporary support to relieve primary caregivers, provided in alignment with the individual's care plan.
Independent Service Agreement
Providing emergency care to CAS with comprehensive support and transitional assistance.
Offering mentoring services to youth in care, providing guidance, support, and positive role modelling.
Mentoring Services
Additional Life Skills
